What is included on every plan?

Dispatch, the Operator App, the Driver App and the Booking Widget are on every plan, along with getting configured — loading your pricing, drivers and the widget — and AI Import (paste a message or screenshot, get a booking draft), with no API key to set up. Document & receipt scanning, CSV import, the Customer App, School Run, flight tracking (on your own flight-data account) and the morning briefing are included from the Growth plan up; the AI Assistant, AI auto-assign and accounting sync from Pro up; the assistant’s full dispatch actions from Scale up; and fully branded Driver and Customer apps on Enterprise — also available as a one-time paid add-on on Growth, Pro and Scale. Guaranteed, scheduled 1:1 setup sessions are an optional paid add-on on every plan except Scale and Enterprise, where they’re included free. The booking widget carries your branding on every plan.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes, on every plan except Enterprise — pay for the year up front and save against the monthly price: 5% on Starter, 10% on Growth and Pro, 15% on Scale. Enterprise is priced individually with your account manager.

How many offices or company accounts can I run?

Company accounts are unlimited on every plan — a B2B customer you invoice on account, like a hotel or a corporate client, is never something we cap you on. Bases and operator licences are the thing that scales with plan: Starter and Growth cover 1, Pro covers 2, Scale covers 4, and Enterprise is unlimited.

What happens after my 7-day trial?

Nothing switches off automatically and nothing is auto-charged. We will talk you through subscribing when you are ready — there is no pressure mid-trial.

Will you help me set it up?

Yes, on every plan. We configure the platform around how you work, load your pricing, help with drivers and vehicles, and connect the booking widget to your website. You are not handed a login and left to it. If you’d rather have guaranteed, scheduled 1:1 time with a real person instead of async help as you go, that’s the optional Dashboard Setup Assistance add-on — included free on Scale and Enterprise.

Who processes my card payments?

You do. Card payments run through your own payment account, so the money reaches your bank directly and never passes through us.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?

No mandatory setup fee — getting configured is included on every plan, and no minimum term either way. If you’d rather pay once for guaranteed, scheduled 1:1 time with a real person, that’s an optional Dashboard Setup Assistance add-on (free on Scale and Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month.

Which plan includes AI auto-assign, flight tracking and the morning briefing?

Flight tracking and the AI morning briefing come with Growth and up. Flight tracking works with your own AeroDataBox account (key saved in Settings → Integrations); we do not supply flight data. AI auto-assign, which picks the right driver for a job, comes with Pro and up, together with the AI Assistant (it looks things up and proposes changes for you to confirm) and accounting sync to Xero or Sage. Scale adds the assistant’s full dispatch actions — create and cancel jobs, change pricing, import — for up to 75 drivers across 4 bases. Existing subscribers keep everything their account already has.
