October 2026
New
Retire a vehicle without deleting it
Fleet now has Deactivate and Activate. An inactive vehicle stays on file but stops raising MOT, insurance, road tax and licence reminders; activate it again and the reminders resume from the dates on record.
Fixed
Drivers and the office are now told about document requests
Requesting a document from a driver now sends them a notification in the driver app, and when they upload it a card appears on your Dashboard. Neither happened before.
Improved
Search for the driver on a vehicle
Assigned Driver on the vehicle form is now a search box with a short scrolling list, instead of a long dropdown that ran off the screen.
New
Send an invoice by email
The invoice window now has a Send button that emails a customer or company invoice, with a PDF copy attached, from your own email account. Mark as Sent and Mark as Paid change the status only.
Improved
Pick which jobs to invoice, and mark invoices in bulk
On a Company or Customer Statement, tick just the jobs you want and Create Invoice opens with only those. On the Invoices tab, tick several invoices and mark them all Sent or Paid in one go.
New
Invoice and email from a statement
The Company Statement and Customer Statement now have a Create Invoice button that opens the invoice already filled in with that company or customer, the period and their uninvoiced jobs. Under the jobs, every invoice already raised for them is listed with View, Edit and Send, and Email Statement opens your mail program with the address and totals ready.
Improved
Open any job from a report
Click a job reference in a statement or report to open that job. On the summary reports (per driver, vehicle class, route, customer and payment method) click a row to see the jobs behind it, then click a job to open it.
New
The AI Assistant can run your invoicing
Ask it to create an invoice from jobs or free lines, edit one (due date, notes, lines), delete a Draft or Sent one, note that a customer paid, record a driver payout or an advance, and create driver and School Run statements (driver advances are deducted automatically), log and review expenses, and send an invoice to Xero or Sage. Each change shows a confirm card first, and a Paid invoice or one already sent to your accounting software cannot be altered. Available on plans with the full AI Assistant.
Improved
The AI Assistant now knows your accounts, documents and tasks
Ask “which invoices are overdue?”, “what does each company owe?”, “is any driver or vehicle document expired?” or “what calls did I miss?” and it answers from your own data. It can also mark an invoice Sent or Paid and email a payment reminder (you confirm each one first), and add or complete office tasks. Switch individual actions on or off under Settings → AI Assistant.
Fixed
Open Invoices on the Dashboard now opens the invoices
The Open Invoices button on the Co-pilot’s daily accounts card showed a blank page. It now takes you to Reports → Invoices.
New
Suggest driver
On a booking that has no driver, press Suggest driver and the system ranks your drivers for that job and shows the top three with a one-line reason each. It leaves out drivers with a clash, an expired document, who are logged off or too far away. You confirm the one you want; nothing is assigned for you. Included from the Pro plan.
New
Flight tracking for airport pickups
When a booking has a flight number, the booking shows whether the flight is on time, delayed, landed or cancelled. If the landing time moves, you are offered a new pickup time (estimated landing plus your airport allowance) with one click to apply it, or you can let it move the pickup for you and tell the driver. Almighty Dispatch does not supply flight data: this needs your own AeroDataBox account, with the key saved in Settings → Integrations. AeroDataBox’s free Basic plan is not licensed for business use; its paid Pro plan (about $8 a month) is, and is billed to you. The feature itself is included from the Growth plan.
New
Morning briefing
Each morning, at a time you choose, a short briefing appears at the top of the dashboard and can be emailed to you: today’s jobs and revenue, jobs with no driver, airport pickups, documents about to expire, overdue invoices and yesterday’s results. The numbers are counted from your own data; the AI only words the summary. Included from the Growth plan.
Improved
Booking widget only works on your own website
The booking form now loads only inside the websites you list under Settings → Booking Widget, and no longer opens if someone visits its address directly. Payment returns are unaffected.
New
Answer incoming calls in the dispatch app
Tick “Answer calls in the browser” in Settings → Integrations → Telephony and an incoming call also rings in the dispatch app, alongside your own phone. Press Answer, then Mute or Hang up as you would on a handset. Whichever you pick up first takes the call. It needs the dispatch app open and a microphone, and it is off until you switch it on.
New
Call Log
A new Call Log page lists every call to your Twilio Voice number: when, who (by name if they are already a customer), their number, and whether it was answered, taken by the AI phone assistant, or missed. Search by name or number. The Dashboard’s Recent Calls card links straight to it.
Improved
Bookings table: company column and one fare column
The Bookings table now shows the company (an account such as a corporate client) between date/time and customer, and the customer and driver fares share one column, still in their own colours, to leave more room for the route.
New
Record the operator you pass a job to
Switch on “Record jobs passed to another operator” in Settings → Job Dialog Setting and the booking form gains two boxes: the operator you passed the job to and their licence number. Both appear in the Bookings spreadsheet export for licensing inspections, and drivers cannot change them. It is off until you turn it on.
New
Every journey now records the vehicle that did it
When a driver is put on a job, the booking now keeps the registration of the car they are driving, and it stays on the record once the passenger is on board, even if the driver later changes car. It shows under the driver in Bookings, in the Bookings spreadsheet export and in your message templates. Licensing authorities such as TfL expect the vehicle on every booking record, so this closes that gap. Drivers cannot change it; you can pick a different car for a job yourself.
Improved
AI on every plan, with nothing to set up
Every plan now includes AI, running on Almighty Dispatch’s own account: AI Import, document and receipt scanning, spreadsheet import, the AI assistant, WhatsApp booking and AI phone answering. There is no API key to add and no provider to choose, so the old key fields are gone from Settings → Integrations. Reading jobs and documents always uses the stronger AI model, for every company. The assistant’s full set of dispatch actions (creating and cancelling jobs, pricing changes, importing a list of jobs) comes with the Scale and Enterprise plans.
Fixed
Security review: tighter protection for your data and your customers
We checked the whole platform against a 20-point security list and closed every gap we found. Your passengers now sign in to the Customer app with their phone number and one of their booking references, and repeated wrong guesses are locked out for 15 minutes. Pay-later bookings from your booking widget are now priced on our server, the same way card payments already were, so the price on a booking is always your own tariff. Promo codes must be typed exactly, and public forms are limited against automated abuse.
New
A separate email account for each base and operator licence
Settings → Integrations → Email now lists every base and operator licence you run, and each can have its own email account. Switch it on and a job’s confirmations, receipts and payment links go out from its own base’s account, then its licence’s, otherwise your default. New bases and licences appear there automatically. Off until you turn it on.
New
Almighty Customer is now on Google Play
Your passengers can now install the Customer app from Google Play in the UK: live journey tracking with the driver on the map, upcoming and past bookings with receipts, and booking and paying for a new journey. The download link is on the Apps page. The App Store version follows once Apple approves it.
New
Almighty Driver is now on Google Play
Your drivers can now install the Driver app from Google Play in the UK: jobs, the job pool, navigation, earnings and statements on their phone. The download link is on the Apps page. The App Store version follows once Apple approves it.
New
Almighty Operator is now on Google Play
The Operator app, the dispatch office on your phone, can now be installed from Google Play in the UK. The download link is on the Apps page. The App Store version and the Driver and Customer apps follow as each store approves them.
Fixed
The AI assistant finds every job that is running
Asking the AI assistant "what jobs are running right now?" only listed jobs still waiting at Dispatched, and missed the ones a driver had accepted, arrived at or started. It now counts all of them. Its replies also show bold text properly instead of printing the ** marks, on both the desktop panel and the Operator app.
September 2026
Fixed
"Saved" now means saved
The Save buttons across Settings (every tab, including Integrations, Customer App and the company profile) and on the Pricing screen used to show "✓ Saved" the moment you pressed them, before the save had finished. If a save failed you saw an error message but also "Saved". They now wait, and only show "✓ Saved" once your changes are actually stored.
New
Automatic reports and reminders by email
Settings → Report Setting now holds ten automatic emails, each with its own switch and all off until you turn them on: a weekly business summary, an end of day summary that lists tomorrow's jobs with no driver, a driver performance report, a low-margin job alert, an expiry warning digest for driver and vehicle documents, top customers each month, a UK tax-year summary, a monthly accountant pack of spreadsheets, monthly statements to your account companies, and overdue invoice reminders to customers. There is also a monthly revenue target with a progress card on the Dashboard, and an option to mark a driver's previous statements as Paid when the new one is made. Everything is sent from your own email account, and each report has a "Send a test now" button that sends it to you first.
New
Email driver statements automatically every Monday
Switch on Settings → Price Setting → Driver Statements and each driver with a completed job in the week just ended (Monday to Sunday) is emailed their statement on Monday morning, from your own email account, and the statement is marked Sent. Drivers with no email address are skipped, and with the setting off the statements stay as Drafts for you to check first.
Improved
Driver advances come off the weekly statement
An advance recorded under Invoices → Driver → Record Advance Payment is now deducted from that driver's next statement, whether it is the automatic Monday one or one you generate by hand. It appears as an "Advance paid" line, so the statement shows what is still owed. An advance larger than the week's earnings waits for a week that covers it, and deleting a statement releases its advance again.
New
Waiting time on the driver app
Set how many minutes of free waiting you give at airport pickups and at other pickups (Settings → Job Dialog Setting → Waiting Time). Each job in the driver app now shows that allowance and the waiting rate for its vehicle category. Once the driver taps Arrived, a timer counts the free time down from the booked pickup time, then shows the minutes over and a suggested charge in 15-minute blocks, which the driver can add to the job with one tap. Nothing is charged automatically: the driver still saves the waiting charge themselves, and the office reviews it as before.
Improved
Fixed prices now include road crossings
A fixed price already included airport and Congestion Zone charges. It now also includes any charged road crossing on the route, such as the Dartford Crossing, so the price your customer sees is the price they pay. Journeys priced by distance still add the crossing as before.
Fixed
Large fixed price lists are now used in full
With more than 1,000 fixed prices, some were being skipped when a quote was worked out, so a route with a fixed price could be quoted by mileage instead. Every fixed price is now checked, on the booking widget, at checkout and in the dispatch app.
Improved
How we compare now covers six providers
Cab9 joins Autocab, iCabbi and Cordic under the larger platforms, and a new section covers providers that publish their prices, starting with CAB-X and TaxiCaller, each with a link to their own pricing page rather than a copy of their numbers. Cordic’s card now says who owns it, in Cordic’s own words. We also corrected the page where it said no other provider publishes prices: some do. Every fact about another company was checked again against that company’s own website on 28 September.
Improved
Branded emails, with a live editable preview
Every email your customers and drivers get from you (confirmations, driver updates, cancellations, review requests and your own saved templates) now arrives in one clean branded layout with your logo and brand colour. Sending an email or SMS from a booking shows the message exactly as it will arrive, and you can edit it right there in the preview. A confirmation that includes the return journey now shows both legs and the total for the whole trip, and a return trip booked online gets one confirmation covering both legs instead of two separate ones.
New
Return journeys: pay, confirm and invoice both legs at once
On a return booking, a payment request can now cover both legs with one link, and the customer confirmation email or SMS can include the other leg. The receipt starts with both legs on it, and Generate Invoice offers one invoice for both.
Fixed
Fixed prices now match the exact postcode district
A fixed price set for one district could also be picked up by a neighbouring district that starts the same way, so a Hornchurch (RM12) job could be quoted the Romford (RM1) price. Each district now only gets its own fixed prices.
Fixed
Paid payment requests now show as paid
A customer paying through a payment request link was taking the money, but the booking kept showing the payment as pending and no Paid invoice was created. It now marks the booking paid and creates the invoice automatically.
Fixed
Return leg no longer marked as a return booking
The return leg of a return journey made in the dispatch app showed the ↩ return mark and a second "Add Return Journey" of its own. Only the outbound leg carries it now.
New
Light or dark booking widget, your choice
Settings → Booking Widget → Appearance now sets your booking widget to Light, Dark, or following each visitor's device. It applies on your own website and on direct links to your booking page, and snippets you already pasted pick it up without re-pasting. Customers also get a small button to switch for themselves.
Improved
Clearer form fields on the light booking widget
In light mode the widget's input boxes were almost the same grey as the page behind them. They are now white with a visible border. Selected options also now use your own brand colour instead of the default red.
New
Light mode for this website
The sun button in the header switches almightydispatch.com to a light theme, and the moon button switches it back. The site still opens in dark by default, and your choice is remembered on that browser. Screenshots of the apps stay as they are.
Fixed
Fare breakdowns now show whole pence
On some mileage-priced quotes, the mileage line of the fare breakdown returned through the booking API could carry a long tail of decimals — £53.57000000000001 instead of £53.57. Every line is now rounded to the penny. The total charged was never affected.
Fixed
Fixed prices are now the price the customer pays
When a journey matched one of your fixed prices, zone surcharges such as an airport drop-off or the Congestion Zone were still being added on top, so a route you advertise at £140 could be quoted at £148. A fixed price is now treated as all-in, on the booking widget, in online payments and in the dispatch app. Mileage-priced journeys keep their surcharges as before, and night rates, promo codes and extras still apply to fixed prices.
Improved
A reorganised booking form
The booking form is now laid out in clear sections — customer, journey, driver, options, notes and price — with the flight and route map side by side on the right and Save Only, Dispatch & Save and Exit always at the bottom (F8, F9, F10). Every driver shows as a card with their vehicle and whether they are online, and the best match for the job is marked as suggested as soon as the pickup is in. You can record a passenger separately from the person who booked, and the driver sees the passenger. Type a flight number to check its status — free through Google, or shown right on the page (departure, arrival, terminal, gate and baggage belt) with your own AeroDataBox key.
New
Receipts, complaints and lost property on every job
Each booking now has an editable receipt (with your logo and operator address, several jobs on one receipt, print or email), a complaints log that flags the job, and lost property records. The Meet & Greet board can be edited before printing, and a payment request shows you exactly what the customer will receive before it is sent — now as a proper branded email with a Pay button.
Improved
More job emails you can import
Auto-fill from email now covers OTS quotes (imported as quotations) and accepted bookings, Taxicode, Hoppa Partners, iway, Transfeero and PDF job sheets.
Fixed
Work-provider imports now read the reference and fare
Importing a job email from a named work provider was not reading out their job reference or the fare they pay you. It does now.
New
A newsletter you can sign up to
Product updates and practical tips for private hire operators, about once a month. Sign up from the bottom of any page or from this one — we send one email to confirm your address, and every issue has a one-click unsubscribe. The first issue went out on 25 September; every issue sent is on /newsletter in full.
New
Drivers confirm they have been paid
Every payment you record to a driver now appears in their app under Earnings, with the invoices it covered. They tap Confirm received when the money arrives, and Payout History shows when each driver confirmed. Driver Invoicing also gains a driver filter and a select-all box, so you can pay all of one driver's outstanding invoices in one go.
New
Refer another operator, and you both get a month free
If you are already subscribed and an operator you introduce signs up, you each get one month of your own plan free — credited once their first payment clears and they have been with us 30 days. It is a credit rather than a percentage, so it applies on top of any discount you already have. Up to twelve months a year.
New
How we compare — including when we are not the right choice
A new page setting out what actually differs about buying from us, what is publicly known about the larger platforms, and the questions worth asking any supplier before you commit. It also says plainly where we are the wrong answer — very large fleets, operators who need a national work marketplace, and anyone who wants the software installed on their own server.
New
Terms of Service, published
The agreement between your business and ours is now on the site rather than sent on request: what each plan includes, how billing and cancellation work, who is responsible for what, and how either side can end it. No minimum term, and no clause you cannot read before you sign up.
New
A new account arrives with a day’s work already in it
Set up an account and the dispatch board is already busy — drivers, vehicles, passengers, today’s jobs across every status, tomorrow’s work and a fortnight of completed history — so you can see how the board, the reports and the statements actually behave before you enter anything of your own. It is clearly marked as sample data and is cleared in one step whenever you want it gone.
New
Website Care
If we build your website, we can look after it too: hosting, certificate, daily backups and uptime monitoring, plus up to an hour of page and price changes every month, at £29 a month per site. Entirely optional — a site we build belongs to you, and you are free to host and maintain it anywhere you like.
Fixed
Booking and invoice numbers are yours alone
Your booking references and invoice numbers count up within your own company, but they were being checked for uniqueness across every company on the platform. A newly set-up company could take a few bookings and then be refused, with an error that explained nothing. Numbering is now scoped to your own account, so that cannot happen. Nothing about your existing references or invoice numbers changed.
New
Almighty Operator — run the office from your phone
A phone app for operators, not a shrunken desktop screen: today’s work at a glance, live jobs you can advance or reassign, take a booking, track drivers on a map, revenue graphs, calendar, driver messages and the AI assistant. It pushes a notification when a driver accepts, arrives, boards a passenger or finishes. Pricing, invoicing and settings stay on the desktop app, where they belong.
New
Built for any country, not just the UK
Every operator now has their own country, currency, timezone, distance units and date format. Address search, postcode matching, phone-number handling and text messaging all follow the country you actually work in — so an operator in Ireland, Italy or the United States gets their own conventions rather than British ones.
New
Operator licences and bases on every job
Hold licences from more than one authority, or run more than one operating base, and allocate each job to the right one. Every report and statement can be narrowed to a single licence or base, and a statement narrowed to one licence prints that licence’s own number and address rather than the company-wide one.
New
Read the expiry date straight off a document
Open an insurance certificate, MOT, PCO badge, DVLA check or PHV licence you have already uploaded and have the expiry date, holder name, document number and vehicle registration read off it — images and PDFs both. Nothing is saved until you apply each value yourself, and it flags a document that names a different person or a different vehicle than the record it is filed against.
New
Photograph a receipt into an expense
Attach the receipt to the expense, and have the merchant, date, total, VAT and supplier VAT number read off it. It does not invent a VAT figure that is not printed on the receipt — a parking ticket with no VAT breakdown comes back with the VAT box empty rather than a guess.
New
Passengers can cancel their own booking
Within the cancellation window you set, and only while no driver has been sent to the job. Past either limit the passenger is told to call the office instead, because at that point only a person knows whether the driver has already set off.
New
Booking widget: hourly hire, quotes and closed dates
Take bookings by the hour at your own day and night rates, offer a quote for an operator to price rather than a confirmed booking, block dates and time ranges you do not cover, cap passengers per online booking, charge luggage per item, and set a separate discount or supplement on a return leg.
New
Choose your email provider
Confirmations and receipts can now go out through Resend as well as SendGrid, so there is a genuinely free option for a new operator. Your provider, your account, your sending domain — we never sit in between.
New
Automatic data retention
Once every booking and invoice attached to a person is past the retention period, their personal details are removed automatically, without anyone having to ask. The financial record stays, de-identified, because tax law requires it.
Improved
Compliance checked before a driver is dispatched
Dispatching a driver whose badge, licence or insurance has already expired now asks you to confirm first, and expired documents are shown differently from ones merely approaching expiry. It also warns you when the driver has no app login, because that job would otherwise never reach anyone.
Improved
The customer app on a full-size screen
It was built for a phone and rendered as a narrow strip on a laptop. It now uses the whole window, and passengers can add their own email address and save a home address to reuse — the app was entirely read-only before.
Improved
Passengers see which operator licence carried their journey
Named on the booking, along with the base it was dispatched from. Useful the moment a passenger has a question or has left something in a vehicle.
Fixed
Dates and times now follow your own timezone
Several screens worked out “today” in UTC rather than your local day, so between local midnight and 1am during British Summer Time they showed yesterday. Statement periods and scheduled jobs had the same fault, which closed the week a day early for an operator west of Greenwich. All of it now uses the operator’s own timezone.
August 2026
New
Reports rebuilt around a searchable catalogue
A searchable, categorised grid of every report instead of a row of tabs, each statement carrying a payment-method breakdown, an itemised financial summary and a job-status breakdown. New reports too: no-shows and cancellations, mileage per driver, cash against account, profitability per route, booking fees, and vehicle document expiry — plus an analytics dashboard of top accounts, busiest drivers and revenue by vehicle type.
New
An AI assistant you decide the limits of
It works from a fixed menu of things it is allowed to do — look up a booking, check who is available, change a job time, draft a message — and every one of them is set by you to Off, Suggest or Auto. Anything that moves money or sends a real message to a customer can only ever suggest, and runs when you click confirm. It cannot reach another operator’s data or write its own instructions.
New
Turn a message or a screenshot into a booking
Paste a customer’s email, text or WhatsApp message, or attach a screenshot of one, and the pickup, destination, date, time, flight number and passenger details are pulled out into a booking form for you to check and save. It never creates the booking itself.
New
Bring your history from another booking system
Import your existing bookings from a CSV export, with the column mapping proposed for you. It works with the AI features switched off too — you just fill the mapping in yourself.
New
Expenses and driver payouts
Record what the business spends, against a vehicle or a driver where relevant, and settle drivers in a batch: tick the invoices a payment covers, record the date and reference, and keep a history of past payout runs. Advance payments to a driver can be recorded on their own.
New
Wallboard for the office screen
A full-screen live display for a TV or spare monitor — today’s counts, driver status, late pickups, top drivers and revenue in large type, with no sidebar and no login screen to keep dismissing.
New
Operational zones and live coverage
Draw the areas you actually cover and see, live, how many drivers are in each one and how many jobs are queued there.
New
Office tasks, and a rota for your operators
A shared to-do list for the office with due dates and an assignee, plus a day-by-day schedule of which operators are working, off, on holiday or sick.
New
Your own Dispatch API key
Generate a key to hand to a third party or an AI tool: request a fare, create a booking, or check a booking’s status. The fare is always calculated by us from the journey, never accepted from the caller.
New
A searchable Guide inside the app
Every screen explained where you are standing, in all seven interface languages, rather than a manual somewhere else.
New
See who is calling before you answer
Point a phone number at the platform and an incoming call pops the caller’s name and history on screen, then rings your usual phone as normal. It sits in front of your phone rather than replacing it.
New
Ask completed customers for a review
An automatic review request after a job is finished, and a link to your review page on the booking widget. Off unless you connect your own review account.
Improved
Edit straight from the bookings list
Click a job time, payment type, fare or dispatch column and change it there, including a full itemised fare breakdown with waiting time, parking, congestion and ULEZ on both the customer and driver side.
Improved
Nearest available driver offered first
The assign-driver list is ordered by real driving distance to the pickup, with a distance shown against each driver. It is a suggestion and nothing else — you still pick.
Improved
Richer company, customer and driver records
Account terms, drivers barred from a company’s work, and an alert that shows the moment that company is picked on a booking. Drivers gained a photo, employment dates and a pay record; customers gained address, preferred payment and marketing consent.
Improved
Pricing that matches how the work really varies
Tariffs that apply only within a time window as well as on set days, hourly and waiting rates and luggage capacity per vehicle class, and fixed prices set against a postcode directly rather than only a named zone.
Fixed
Airport surcharges no longer hit the whole town
A Southend or London City surcharge applied to any address sharing the airport’s outward postcode, so a town-centre pickup was charged an airport fee. Airport zones now match the terminal itself.
Fixed
A fixed price no longer matches any pickup
A rule set up as “from this area to that one” was matching every pickup as long as the destination matched, so unrelated long journeys were quoted at the short-hop fixed price.
Fixed
No more duplicate customer for the same person
A customer whose number was stored in one format and entered in another was not recognised on their next booking, creating a second record and splitting their history in two.
July 2026
New
The platform went live on its own database
Dispatch, the driver app, the customer app and the booking widget all running on live data, with each operator’s records isolated from every other operator’s by the database itself rather than by the screens in front of it.
New
One pricing engine behind quotes and charges
Mileage bands, vehicle multipliers, minimum fares, night rates, postcode zones, surcharges and fixed prices — with the public booking widget quoting from the very same engine that takes the payment, so a quote and the amount charged cannot drift apart.
New
Online card payments, confirmed by the bank not the browser
A booking is only marked paid and invoiced once the payment provider confirms the charge server-side. What the browser claims happened is never taken as proof.
Updates arrive on their own
There is nothing to install and no upgrade to schedule. The dispatch system runs in your browser, so a change is there the next time you load it; the Operator and Driver apps update through the App Store and Google Play like any other app. Nothing here costs extra on top of your plan — where a feature is limited to certain plans, the pricing page says so.
Want something that is not here? Tell us — a good part of this list started as one operator saying a screen did not do what their day actually needed. Email info@almightydispatch.com.
