Every plan ships the Driver and Customer apps under the Almighty Dispatch name — that’s the default, and it costs nothing extra. On Growth, Pro and Scale, you can go further: your own icon, your own app name, your own listing on the App Store and Google Play. On Enterprise, it’s already included.

You send us your brand
Your app icon, your app name, and the colours already set up in your dispatch branding.

We build your dedicated app
The same Driver and Customer apps every tenant runs, compiled as your own — not a shared listing with our name on it.

We submit it for you
To the App Store and Google Play under your own listing. Review is Apple’s and Google’s own process, not something we control the timing of — we keep you posted while it’s in progress.

It goes live as yours
Your drivers and passengers download an app with your name on it, from a listing that belongs to you.

Pricing

A one-time £299 setup fee covers building and submitting both your Driver and Customer app. Adding Branded Apps on Growth, Pro or Scale also gets you 15% off your subscription for your first year, then 5% off for as long as you subscribe after that.

Prices rounded to the nearest pound. The one-time £299 setup fee is separate from the monthly subscription and is charged once. Enterprise already includes Branded Apps as standard, with no setup fee.

Worth knowing before you ask for it

Is it instant?

No. We build a dedicated app under your name and submit it to the App Store and Google Play — their own review process applies, and we keep you updated while it’s in progress.

What if I’m on Starter?

Branded Apps is available from Growth up. Moving to a qualifying plan is the only extra step — nothing about your existing setup needs to change.

Is the underlying app any different?

No — it’s the exact same Driver and Customer app every tenant runs. Only the icon, name and store listing change.
