Why we built it
Dispatch software has a habit of being sold by the seat, priced by how well you are doing, and branded as somebody else’s product in front of your own passengers. Feature requests disappear into a roadmap you have no say in. The data that describes your business sits in a format you cannot easily get back.
So we built the alternative and used it in anger before offering it to anyone: a dispatch board, a booking widget for your own website, apps for operators and drivers, a pricing engine that understands zones and airport surcharges, invoicing, driver statements and compliance tracking — shaped around how a licensed transport office actually runs rather than how one looks from the outside.
Who it is for
Licensed private hire and taxi operators, wherever they work and whoever licenses them. The platform makes no assumption about your regulator: it fits an operator licensed by a national authority, by a local council, or by a body in another country entirely. Your tariffs, zones, surcharges, currency and the documents you are required to keep on file are all yours to configure.
It suits a small office running a handful of drivers and it scales to a multi-depot operation. What it does not do is pretend to be something for everyone — if you are not dispatching licensed vehicles, this is not the product for you, and we will say so.
How we work
We are a small company, and that is a genuine trade-off worth being straight about: you will not get 24/7 phone cover in five languages. What you will get is software built by people who understand the work, an answer from someone who understands your question, and setup help on every plan rather than a login and a link to the documentation.
