Websites We Build

A booking website that actually takes bookings

Plenty of transport firms have a website that looks fine and converts nobody — a phone number, a photo of a car, and a contact form somebody checks twice a week. We build the other kind: a site whose whole job is turning a visitor into a confirmed booking, with your Almighty Dispatch widget wired in from day one.

Offer
Commission a site, keep up to 15% off your plan
A website from us also earns you the same discount as paying a year up front — 5% on Starter, 10% on Growth and Pro, 15% on Scale — while you carry on paying monthly.
🖥️
Built around your booking flow
Not a generic template with a form bolted on. The site is designed around the journey from landing on the page to a confirmed booking, with your widget as the centre of it, not an afterthought.
📱
Works on a phone first
Most private hire bookings start on a phone. The site is built for that screen first and scales up, rather than being a desktop layout squeezed down.
🔎
Findable
Proper page titles and descriptions, clean addresses, a sitemap, and pages for the journeys you actually want to be found for — airport runs, school contracts, corporate accounts.
🎨
Your brand
Your name, colours and logo throughout. If you do not have a look settled yet, we will work one out with you.
🔗
Widget already connected
The booking widget is embedded and tested as part of the build, so there is no handover gap where the site is live but bookings do not work.
🛠️
Looked after
Website Care keeps it running once it is live — hosting, certificate, backups and monitoring, plus up to an hour of page and price changes every month. Hosting on its own costs less if you would rather make changes yourself.

How it works

01
We talk about the work
Which journeys actually pay — airport runs, school contracts, corporate accounts, local work — and who you want the site to reach.
02
You see a design
Built around your name and colours. You tell us what is wrong with it and we change it, before anything is built for real.
03
We build and connect it
Pages, copy and your booking widget embedded and tested together — so the site goes live able to take bookings, not needing a second visit.
04
It goes live and stays looked after
Website Care keeps it running afterwards — hosting, certificate, backups and monitoring, plus up to an hour of page and price changes every month. £29 a month, per site.

What a site costs

Website work is a one-off charge, separate from your subscription. Two ways to do it, and most operators want the first.

Quick Start
£149one-off

One of our ready layouts with your name, colours and logo, and your booking widget wired in and tested. Fixed scope and no design rounds — the fastest route to a site that actually takes bookings.

✓Your branding on a layout that already works
✓Booking widget embedded and tested
✓Live within days, not weeks
✓Free if you pay a year of your plan up front
Bespoke
From £595one-off

The full process: we work out which journeys actually pay, you see a design and tell us what is wrong with it, and we build the pages you want to be found for — airport runs, school contracts, corporate accounts.

✓Designed around your business, not a template
✓Pages written for the work you want to win
✓Changed until the design is right
✓Quoted on what you actually need
The web address is yours, not ours
You buy and own the domain yourself — roughly £10 to £15 a year from any registrar, and we will tell you exactly what to buy. That is deliberate: it stays your asset, so if you ever leave us the address goes with you instead of sitting in our account.
After it goes live
Keeping it running is separate again, and optional: Website Hosting at £9 a month, or Website Care at £29 a month if you want your content and price changes included.

Already have a website?

Then you may not need this at all. The booking widget embeds into whatever you already have — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or something hand-built — and connecting it is part of your subscription, not an extra. We will happily tell you that your existing site is fine and just wire the widget into it.

A new site is worth discussing when the one you have is hard to change, does not work properly on a phone, or was never built to convert a visitor into a booking in the first place.

Want a price for a site?

Tell us roughly what you need and we’ll quote it. Website work is priced per project, separately from your platform subscription.
