What comes across
Imported from your old system
- Your bookings, from a CSV export of the system you use now
- The customers on those bookings, created as you import
- AI suggests which of your columns match ours, and you confirm
- Past jobs come in as completed history; future jobs as upcoming bookings
Loaded with you
- Drivers and their documents
- Vehicles and their expiry dates
- Company accounts and their terms
- Your prices, zones, surcharges and fixed fares
- The booking widget on your website
From the system you use now
If your current system can export your bookings to a spreadsheet or CSV file, we can bring them across. That covers the systems operators most often move from:
Product names belong to their owners. We are not connected with any of them; we simply import the data you export from them.
How it works
Export
You export your bookings from your current system. If you are not sure how, we will help you find the option.
Import and check
We map the columns with you, import your bookings and customers, and check the totals against your old system’s own figures before you rely on them.
Run both
You keep your old system on while your dispatchers and drivers get used to the new one. Nothing is switched off for you.
Switch over
When you are ready, you move your daily work across and cancel your old subscription in your own time.
How long it takes depends on how much you are bringing across and how your old system exports it. We agree a plan with you before anything starts.
