This happens alongside you as you go, not in one sitting. If you’d rather book guaranteed, scheduled 1:1 time with a real person instead, that’s the optional Dashboard Setup Assistance add-on.
What it connects to
Every integration runs on your own account. We store the credentials encrypted, use them on your behalf, and never sit between you and the provider — so your payouts go to your bank, your messages come from your number, and you can take any of it elsewhere whenever you like.
Nothing you don’t connect ever runs
An integration you have not set up is simply off — it is not degraded, and it does not quietly fall back to some shared account of ours. If you never connect a messaging account, no SMS is attempted and nothing fails in the background. Turn one on the day you need it, and we will help you do it.
Working with a booking network, an accounting package or a tool of your own? The Dispatch API gives you a key of your own for quoting fares, creating bookings and looking up a job by reference — so a third party can integrate without anyone sharing a login.
